Tenant's Guide To Preventative Maintenance Recommendations

Please click on the links below to find instructions and suggestions for routine preventative maintenance activities.

We believe in preventative maintenance. That’s why we will periodically schedule projects aimed at maintaining the value of the properties we manage. In addition to these initiatives, there are also several preventative maintenance tasks that tenants must complete on a regular basis.  Performing the required, routine tasks below, helps to ensure compliance with the lease and it also helps to ensure your health and safety. For more information on what is required, please refer to the maintenance section (paragraph 20.) in your lease.
The links below lead to several different instruction pages. These directions detail several of your responsibilities when it comes to ensuring the property is secure, well-maintained, and properly cared for. They explain, in detail, how to complete your required preventative maintenance tasks during your time as a tenant.  It is important to note that if the recommended preventive maintenance tasks below are not completed, this could lead to property damage.  Damage caused by not completing the routine tasks that are outlined in the links below may be the responsibility of the Tenant if the issue could have been prevented by completing the tasks.
